The instructor is Tomomi Shibuya.
Tomomi learned acupuncture and moxibustion from her own experience of atopic dermatitis. She learned that one’s physical condition changes depending on one’s emotional state. She currently works as an acupuncturist at Balance Acupuncture & Massage, and also works at an herb store.
By paying attention to the changes in your mind and adjusting it, you can change your physical condition, and by knowing the benefits of herbs, acupuncture points, and moxibustion, you can alleviate your symptoms on your own.


After an introduction to acupuncture points for tired bodies, we practiced pressing acupuncture points.

We also made and tried out herbal teas that would suit our current needs. It was a two-hour session with a lot of content.
In the next room, we had childminding/petite story time. Some schools had ProD, so elementary school children joined us. Today’s picture book was

It’s an funny book, so both the little and big kids listened to it with big smile.
Then we all made ohagi together.

Sprinkled with soybean flour, or topped with red bean paste.


After cleaning up, we had a snack time together. They enjoyed a lot of delicious and tasty snack.
