The instructor was Noriko Tidball.
We had participants, ranging from beginners to photography enthusiasts who have been taking pictures as a hobby since she was a teen. This time, she taught us mainly about cell phones, not cameras.
This time, she taught us mainly taking photos using cell phones. At first, we practiced taking selfies to learn about light.

For those of us who are not of the selfie generation, this is quite embarrassing. Now I know which way to turn to hide my wrinkles. LOL!
After being taught the basics, we tried to take pictures. This time, we asked the participants to bring their own objects they wanted to take pictures of.

Only photographs can stop the moment. The sensitivity and thoughts of the moment that we tend to overlook in our daily busyness. The workshop made me feel that I should cherish every moment of my life.
The homework was to take a photo and print it using the basics we learned this time. In the next workshop, we will have a photo review and learn how to take photos outdoors.
