Ramen is one of the popular fast food in Japan and it becomes so popular in North America and Europe. Udon is also soul food for Japanese. It is made of wheat flour, and the soup is made of kelp and dried bonito.
When I was sick in my childhood, I used to love eating a bowl of Udon that my mom cooks for me.
The first Udon restaurant, Motonobu Udon has opened in East Vancouver.

They make the noodle at the site, which is very fresh and tasty.

Inari sushi with Ikura was fantastic! I really enjoyed it.
Their soup and Inari has gentle dashi taste, which I loved. They are very authentic Japanese Udon and Inari. The service was fast and great. It is a bit pricy for Udon, but it is worth trying.
