Quick and delicious! The key is using Ogojo Jan Miso flavour.
Ingredients
・Noodles (any kind)
・Clams or Prawns (As you like. It gives more flavor.)
・Oat Milk or Soy Milk (plant based)
・Any veggies (I used chive, onions, enoki mushrooms this time. You can add anything such as pork, chicken, bean sprouts, cabbage, or spinach.)
・Our Japanese Chili Sauce Ogojo Jan Miso Flavor
・Soy Sauce (if you like)

How to cook
①Fill a pot with water, add the clams and enoki mushrooms, and cook until it’s boiling.

② Add vegetables and cook.

③ Add 1-2 tablespoons of Ogojo Jan.

③ Add a teaspoon of soy sauce if you would like add more flavor.

④ Serve it in a bowl.

Point
If you add seafood, it will add depth to the flavor. The broth from the clams is a nice touch. I use frozen, peeled clams. Thinly sliced pork also brings out the flavor. Tofu works good too.
Please be careful not to boil the milk when you add it.
Tips
This time, when I was trying to adjust the taste of the noodle soup with Ogojo Jan, a friend of mine sacrificed herself to make it like a chige hot pot. I took that as a hint and made it with noodles as well, and ended up with a mild, deep, and delicious rice noodle dish. The amount of water and oat milk you add at the beginning should be adjusted according to the taste.
I added the noodles in the pot directory (I didn’t want to wash two pots), but it is better to boil the noodles separately and rinse them in water before you add it to the soup. If you are using rice noodles in particular, it is better to boil them separately.
This was a simple noodle dish using our Ogojo Jan Miso flavor.
