Ogojo chan
This is one of my favourite recipe using Ogojo Jan Chili Sauce! It’s so easy and super delicious!
Ingredients:

- Sashimi Grade Tuna
- Green Onion
- 5 table spoons of Ponzu
- 1 tea spoon of Sesame seeds
- 1 table spoon of Ogojo Jan Mild Soy
- Green Garnish (Used Radish Sprouts)
How to cook:
- Heat the frying pan and put a table spoon of sesame oil. (We used an iron pan)
- Cook the surface of the tuna. (If you have a culinary torch, you can roast the fish.)
- Put the cooked fish on a plate and cool it down.
- While the fish is cooling down, add sesame seeds and Ogojo Jan to Ponzu.
- Chop the green onion and add it to 4.
- Slice the cooked tuna and place it on a plate.
- Pour the sauce on the fish and add garnish.

The refreshing ponzu sauce and the umami from the chili oil bring out the deliciousness of the tuna tataki!
