Tuna Tataki with Ogojo Jan Chili Sauce Mild Soy

Ogojo chan

This is one of my favourite recipe using Ogojo Jan Chili Sauce! It’s so easy and super delicious!

Ingredients:

  • Sashimi Grade Tuna
  • Green Onion
  • 5 table spoons of Ponzu
  • 1 tea spoon of Sesame seeds
  • 1 table spoon of Ogojo Jan Mild Soy
  • Green Garnish (Used Radish Sprouts)

How to cook:

  1. Heat the frying pan and put a table spoon of sesame oil. (We used an iron pan)
  2. Cook the surface of the tuna. (If you have a culinary torch, you can roast the fish.)
  3. Put the cooked fish on a plate and cool it down.
  4. While the fish is cooling down, add sesame seeds and Ogojo Jan to Ponzu.
  5. Chop the green onion and add it to 4.
  6. Slice the cooked tuna and place it on a plate.
  7. Pour the sauce on the fish and add garnish.

The refreshing ponzu sauce and the umami from the chili oil bring out the deliciousness of the tuna tataki!
