Eggplant and oil is a good match!

- Ingredients:
- Eggplants
- Ogojo Jan Chili Sauce Miso
- Chopped Green Onions
- Sesame Seeds
- Sea Salt
1. Chop an eggplant
2.Add 2-3 table spoons of oil on a frying pan. You can use the Ogojo Jan Chili Oil or cooking oil.
3. Add chopped eggplants on the frying pan and cook. You may think the oil is not enough as the eggplant absorb the oil, but be patient! Oil will come out from eggplant after a while. If you add more oil, it will get too oily.
4. When the eggplants get soft, add 2-3 table spoons of Ogojo Jan Mild Miso and add some sea salt as you like.
5. Add some chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
